Thats how I compare Yezdi to any other bike. Whether 2 stroke or 4 stroke, 100cc, 125cc or 175cc.... all the other bikes are just like tamed horses that will just gallop.
If you want to feel the power of biking, you have to ride an yezdi.
If you want to feel like a king, you have to ride an yezdi.
If you want to be confident, you have to ride in an yezdi.
I own a yezdi roadking for the last 12 years. Not a single day, the bike had broke-down in its journey. Whether the short trips you take during lunch breaks within the college campus, the short races, this bike has never let me down. Talking about trips, whether it be to a hill resort, a marshy place or a long distance inter-state drive, this is my companion. I never had a problem with this bike.
Now we talk about the economy. Dont expect 75 to 90 kmpl as the 4 stroke engines say. you will get e decent 35 to 40 kmpl, if your bike is in good condition. While the repair of any other bike give rise to a second thought, this bike never asks for a second thought. Regular check-ups had never cost me more than Rs. 50 a month. Maintaining any other bike for less than 100 per month is a dream.
Since date I had two falls from my bike. In no case, the bike was the culprit. Once a dog got into the way while I was driving back from office late at night. And another time an ametuer rider banged into my bike after colliding with a car. Both these times, I never had to spend more than Rs.200 for the damage caused to the bike.
And the greatest of all things is : my bike got started in the first kick itself after keeping it idle for nearly 6 months. Though it had a bit reluctancy to ride smoothly, I was amazed with its performance.
Lastly, my advice to all those who own a Yezdi and is not practising this policy.
NEVER LET ANYONE ELSE DRIVE YOUR YEZDI.
iIve never given my bike to any other person, except my mechanic. I will find time to drop one to any place they wanna go, but had never given them my bike.
And I think that it why my bike also loves me so much :))
