I have seen lot of neg reviews here, But as I feel it isn’t that bad as people say here, They have improved over time a lot.I feel sorry for people whose experience was not good at ylg.
I am a regular visitor of YLG HSR Layout.I agree the customer service was not good in the beginning.What I experience now is cool service.The lady at the reception will get with her ever smiling face.When I book appointment I always ask for experienced staff as I cant compromise with my hair cut.I usually go in weekdays to avoid any kind of hurry bury.
Their hair coloring is great trust me.I have been tried this in lakme before I started visiting YLG.but I didn’t get satisfied although price is little cheap when compared to YLG.I always opt for L’Oreal Paris products after they recommended this to try. It went great with my hair.They wont force to buy their products unlike other salons in Blore.I appreciate their care to customers.Will surely recommend to try this once.
