I only went to this place thinking ylg is a brand. But customer service is pathetic especially in the Malleswaram store. It’s shady and dirty . They don’t clean the floor after haircuts. My chair had haircut strands . I went for eyebrows and requested for a resource who was experienced. The guy sitting at desk claimed all were experienced. I asked the lady doing the service to be extremely mindful and not to mess up with my shape. But seems my request fell on deaf ears. My one eyebrow was up and the other down.when I asked her why had she done this she called a senior lady to do the eyebrows. Now , when she has removed my hair. I went to the reception guy asking wtf just happened. He had no sympathy no remorse for the way my eyebrows turned out and shouted at me to let the new lady do her job. I asked him what does he want to remove now. He cannot pluck the entire eyebrows out. They had already messed with the shape. He showed no sympathy, started shouting . I have never seen such behaviour at any leading salon. I only head to JCB which was shut due to the corona virus scare and really needed to get eyebrows done. Turns out now I anyhow have to self isolate coz they screwed my eyebrows. I would never go to this shady salon where the reception guy has too much ego and thinks he can shout at women customers. Also, while I was wearing a mask during eyebrows the lady doing it wasn’t. That too at this time when most salons have given up threading. I think even a local salon would provide better service.
