I purchased the YoByke EXL in July 2012. Have done only about 225Kms so far. Had taken it to service centre four times in the last 6 months due to issues. Twice had to get it towed as it was completely dead.
Service centre folks dont check the vehicle properly
When it was delivered, it halted mid-way while taking the new scooter home. Luckily it started again and drove it and reached home. Took it to service centre and they mentioned the issue as "loose Connection"
Three weeks later, same story - Again fixed by service center - issue as "Loose connection"
A month later, I gave it for service, took it back home - was not getting charged. Got it towed. Resolution - "Loose connection". Either they are clueless or hiding the issues completely. All service done at Trinity YoByke centre in Bangalore - Not sure if they have trained technicians or whether the quality of vehicle is bad.
Totally frustrated with scooter and ending up using my car for all my short distance travel. Very unreliable. Would not recommend anyone this scooter.
