I had decided to buy an electric vehicle & went around and saw all electric vehicles available in the market. I zeroed in on YO STYLE based on its looks and the quality & service back up promised by the company person. Unfortunately, I started having problems with the bike within 3 days of buying it. The accelrator would not work properly. Then called the service person for repairing it. He did not turn up. I had to go to his place request him to repair it. The vehicle again got spoilt within a few days.this continued many times in the first month itself. The service perosn & dealer stopped picking up my calls . They thought that I was distrurbing them.
I called up the company persons who have till now not given me a solution.The promise of nation wide service guarantee is false.
I repent for not having bought BSA StreetRider OR Hero vehicle.
