Yo China’s(Gurgaon) customer service is the worst I have ever got! They take incorrect orders and then take 3 hours to deliver something called chinese food which I feel is not edible. And instead of applogizing for the delay they joke with the customer who is starving for food!
Also I have a tiny piece of paper writtne in pencil which was sent from the out let as a receipt( Just like a thela wala would give if you ask for receipt)
If thier system was not working do they not working do they not have cash memos. I wonder waht that piece of paper meant. was that money for the company, for the emloyees or for charity. I am still trying to figure that out. On top of that there was no manager to complain to on a busy dushehra night!
It is no more value for money and for the decor, it is nothing more than a chinese dhaba and the food quality is as good as that of a street vendor, that will make your whole family sick.
