I would suggest that not to go for youbroadband. Their services are very poor.they are providing the speed of 0.33 Mbps. I have given the complaint more than 72 times to them. There is no response from their end. Without resolving the issues they will close the complaint. I’m planning to go for consumer court regarding this issue. They have not refunded my friends money also after disconnecting also. It’s been 6 months. Worst network . Worst service . Don’t ever choose this ISP
