Pooooooooor, customer care guys are 100% dumb arse, repetitive complain but no action,
Its been more than 3months I have closed my connection.They said by 45 working days you will get back your refund.
But still no refunds yet. Today again I called customer care, they are saying yet another 45 days
what kind of fraud is this!? Is there any forum where I can log complain!?
