My sincere suggestion to people who are looking out for You Broadband connection, PLEASE DON’T OPT, please don’t fall prey for their offers and other facilities. Beware of wrong utilization of your money by making false promises.
I had taken a connection on Oct 15th by making a payment of 5100rs wherein I was promised for the connection within 7-10 business days.
Unfortunately, I neither got the connection nor my money back till now. All I get when I call up/Email You broadband is false promises, rejection of calls. They don’t have minimum common sense to update on the status.
Customer service is an unknown word for them, from executive to managers are of level ZERO. A small shop seller is 100 times better than these managers.
Bloody cheap fraud company.
