You company executive, call center are excellent in cheating to customer. Since yesterday I have twice mailed, called n number of time your regional office where your phone number is always kept busy for no internet issue.
Registered complaint through app, earlier request was closed even without calling fixing issue. New request is raised which in pending.
You customer care number don’t remain available after 7. 00 P.M, Today morning logged complaint by calling, as advised by call center executive, who assured within 3 hours technician will call. Nothing happened, called customer care again call center assured within 3 hours complaint will be addressed, no one got back. Repenting a lot for subscribing such provider.
