Very much disappoint from such slow services. Not taking care of getting serve faster. Not connecting through the internet from last days .
Everytime same answer will be ok in 2 hrs from customer care. My work is pending and I am frustrated.
An service provider can fix power cut issue in Ahmedabad in 6 hrs and’You Broadband’ is taking more than 2 days to solve these issue. Still I am waiting to solve this type of small issue. I am not suggesting to purchase this.
