I used you broadband around 6-8month and I paid 6month changres in advance. Now guess what its worked really good for few days and then suddenly once day my internet stop working. I call customer service they registered my Complaint in a preety good way and ensure me that we have assigned one technician for you and he will come to your place and resolved the problem. I wait for few days but no one came to see the internet I called again and again and the customer service have same answer then I write the same on facebook 2-3 time and then I got to know that other people also have the same issue After a amonth of chasing I finally got the internet working and then its work few months but then again same issue same situation.
So guys my advice is don’t go for youbroadband its worst.
