I have been using YOU broadband since 1year. There is no complaints regarding on network but very poor customer service. I lodged many complaints to the customer service regarding on internet access their answer was polite but not in action. they will say one of the representative will come to solve the issue in one or two days. it will past at least 10 days. I had many bitter experience in beginning days . Now I am lucky one of the representative is my neighbour so that the problem is solved very fast and easy. I don’t say thanks to "YOU" but I always happy with the service of my neighbour who is working in "YOU" as a representative. If he quits the job from "YOU" defiantly I will be shifted to another network. because as every one knows how poor service and network of "YOU". my personal advice to all the people please don’t use "YOU" broadband. because you can not get best representative which I got. In that case I am lucky.
