WORST*
I was a loyal customer of youbroadband, until one day when I lost it completely on their service.Our internet connectivity was lost on 16-6-2016, so I called the customer care for assistance after a day I got my call connected to their official, who assured me service within 4-8 hrs.
Nothing worked. Again the next day I called them for the status and they told me that a technician would reach at my place shortly. But, no one ended up, finally I lost my cool and called their HO on 20-6-2016 asking for an explanation, they again gave me various assurances.
The next day when still things were the same I called again and again to the customer care and each time an associate would say that someone would get back to me shortly. I never got any call back and finally I sent an email asking for the deactivation of service. Today(23-6-2016) the technician called and when I told him to deactivate the service he was very rude and not at all cooperative. Finally switching to another network.I have been using internet for more than 10 yrs of life and never have I had such an experience.Hence I would suggest you all to think twice before taking up you broadband.
