My account id is dhruva_84. My internet stopped working on 2nd Nov. I filed complaint on 3rd Nov
I was given resolution date as 05th Nov. I have called "you" guys and local office on 06th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th 11th 12th for same issue.
Everyday I call someone tell me it would be fixed tomorrow. I want to disconnect my service now as I cant wait any longer. Customer service team shouts at me when ever I call(hear the call recording for 13th NOv - 01:05 PM)
Now they are not even refunding my money.
