I used You Broadband in Chennai for 6 months and faced more issues regarding data usage. I recharged for 1200rs plan with 50mbps speed . for first 2months I experienced this 50mbps speed with good service. But after 2months the speed got lower upto 15mbps and 250GB got over withing 5days. I don’t know how and called the service provider for the reason and they said SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE WE HAVE PROBLEM ON OUR SIDE . I askd them to solve the problem they din’t solve the problem and came to home on month end for fees collection. Don’t go for it Chennai guys. Better go for AIRTEL broadband which provides 100mbps speed with unlimited calls.
