The worst customer support, cheaters.....

I have paid a deposit and first month bill in advance amounting to 1500 Rs on 31st march 2015. Have been following up on a weekly basis with them for my connection or a refund but they have responded for neither. Spoken to almost 3 different people from their technical team who have now stopped answering my calls.


As I have read lot of other reviews with similar problem we should all get together and take some legal action against this company. Others please be aware.
