Problems at the very beginning

First of all, they asked us to pay beforehand and told us that connection will be installed within two days.


We agreed because we don’t have many options other than you broadband in our area. The payment was made using credit card. These guys didn’t pick up our phone after that for four days. When finally they did, they said that it will take 4-12 hours to check status of our payment. It actually took more than a day. And they didn’t even have the sensibility to call us and inform that payment has been processed. So we had to call and confirm ourselves the next day. Now they are saying the connection will be installed in two days. I am still waiting. But my fingers are crossed.
