YouBroadband is the worst broadband network provider ever . Around 80% of the time there is no link in the router and thus you will be unable to use the internet. WHen you make a complaint in the customer care the person will come next day and fix it, this fix will last only for 2 days and soon the issue will be back before you know it. Once I had no network for around 20 Days, my calls went up and I even spoke to the Nodal Officer .Finally I had cancelled my connection, but since I was in a 6 months plan I had to get my refund . For 2 months I regularly followed up them for my refund, customer care was of no use over here, I regularly spoke to the area manager and the regional manager who after a point of time stopped attending my calls and when I said I would complain in court they were like Go AHEAD . End of the day I even lost my plan amount which I paid to them. I suggest you never fall for their cheap plan offers and ignore this internet provider .
