Hi friends. You broadband has good and catchy tariff. But when it comes for the services, they just lack it. Even if raise any issue, they respond in very poor manner. Many times they wont resolve the issue, but in customer care when we call they say that the issue is being resolved. When the services is down for more than 24 hours, they use to refund it in the name of additional credit. But nowadays they have changed their policy saying that the issue has happened because of heavy rain or some natural calamities and so they wont refund it. They only trying to find some reason for not giving a proper service. Better dont opt for You Broadband.
