Very unprofessional and Pathetic Customer Service

I have this connection for about ten months now. They took almost a month to give me the connection. They said after the wiring the connection will happen promptly. They sent the wire man to set up the wiring. After the wiring it took an additional one week for the connection to set up. After the connection was set up, the connection was not legitimate, and it was just for a day or couple of hours, the connection was frequently disconnecting. The customer service had a standard answer that the issue will be settled with 4 to 8 working hours, yet the issue was never settled. I threatened to end the connection, then they gave me some grace period and considered the matter important. After that its been 4 months, their services are alright yet their customer service is more regrettable, they have one standard answer that the issue will be settled inside 4 to 8 working hours. There is no sinc with the customer service and the techinicians. They are very unprofessional in terms of customer service and is really pathetic too.
