I am a you broadband customer my account no. Is 970144 and i have have subscribed for a 4 mbps dual speed plan. I have been facing speed issues since the first day of service and i was given a connection after 1 week of making payment where as i was promised of connection on the day of payment as i had made the payment in the morning hours itself and the problems with this network never seemed to end since then initially my data speeds were less than 128kbps. Yes thats right i was not able to do a speed test and this was only rectified after i sent a mail to the nodal officer and spoke to her as the customer care were not able to resolve my issue, and since june 2014 i have been facing serious problems with the data speeds and connectivity.
We did not have internet for more than 20 days in june end and early july for which i had to ]argue a lot with them to get a extension of service as they did not give refund, then again i did not have internet in august for 10 days(this time i had to go to their office in a nearby vicinity and literally fight with them) just after a few days of forced renewal, i say so because a the time of taking connection the marketing guy said that my modem deposit of rs.900 would be refunded in less than a week but when i actually did not make the payment for renewal and my connection was canceled they said that refund would take 45 days and i was forced to renew my connection by the customer care also as they repeatedly called(around 5 times a day) me since there was 1 week for my service to expire(a company employee had similar views that he renewed his connection for same reason after leaving the job and now he is working there).
Now again i am facing similar issue since 15 september this time i found no contact details of nodal officer on their website and i called to the grievance re-addressal officers number on 20th september there i was said that it would be resolved soon( on same day or next day) and would be getting a call before my complaint is closed but my complaint itself was not registered contrary to what i was said by they lady answering the call, i have been regularly calling the customer care and i feel that they have no knowledge they say same mugged up answer like modem reboot, cache clean on my computer(once i said that i am using internet on my mobile and not my computer and the call center executive was clueless what to say) even after i mention that i am doing a follow up of already registered compliant which means i have already followed all the nonsense steps because i dot it regularly and even before calling them, the guy there speaks in hindi even when i opt for english and most of people including those answering call on re-redressal officers number speak in telugu only(i avoid telugu as i am not fluent in telugu).
This time my speed issue(my data speed is always consistently less than 512 kbps for most of the time and a few of my online payments have failed due to fluctuating speed going to down to 0 kbps after being deducted from my account fortunately but i got the money back fortunately) problem is not resolved even today i.e on 14/10/2014 after i was finally said that my complaint would be resolved on 11/10/2014 itself but that to did not happen and my complaint was closed today without actually being resolved and all the guys are just too rude no matter how politely i speak. This time i found that the complaint resolution has got worse along with the fact that they dont give complaint no. Via message or while on call with customer care and the website no more has complaint registering facility, it just redirects you to home page.
Overall this is the service and internet experience you get for the money you pay, i suggest everyone to not to get lured by the offers this company gives as they cant deliver the service and are actually more expensive when the service you get is compared to the money you pay. My current connection is for 12 months(6 months+ 6 months free).
