On 11th of May I paid the deposit for a fast modem that was offered to me by a Youbroadband representative. They were very fast to collect and deposit the check. At this same time I decided to renew the service with them for another 6 months and paid a high price for faster internet.
However, its been over 20 days and I have not received the modem. I am also without internet connection for the last 2 days. Their App is useless to call for service - there is never any engineer available. I believe that they just ignore the service requests via the App. When you complain by email, its always a standard answer that the issue is being escalated. Nothing is never solved.
Think very carefully before you hire Youbroadband internet. The service is the worst that I have ever seen and it seems that they do not care at all about their customers.
