I have used You Broadband almost for an year quite satisfactorily.
Speed of the connection is quite good and is very near to what the particular plan promises.
Connection reliability is average to above average but cannot say it is good enough because connectivity issues come as frequently as every 10-15 days on an average.
However, their Service and support is quite good and the resolution time is quite less and thus gives fast resolution for the problem / issue.
Overall, I’ll say it is an above average ISP.
