Waste service, they take my money and not respond

Hello team, they took money 2700 after that, they are not responding, not at all giving my money back, local sales executive is not responding to my phones., customer care executive also keep on telling we will arrange a call back in just 4 hrs, not even one person called me for this. suggest me, how to get my money back asap.
