I applied for new connection of You Broadband in Bangalore, as there was no other service provider at my location.
As soon as I applied, there was a call from a person who asked me to make payment online as there is a discount if we make payment online. She also assured that the connection would be provided in a day or two and as per rules, it wont take more than 7 days.
It ihas been 1 month after that and there is no response. Customer care is just a bunch of people(I don’t want to use bad words) who just repeat the same sentence: "your request is escalated". Waste of time and money to contact them.Never ever go for You Broadband and get cheated. It is a fake company.
