It is probably the worst internet service provider. We took a 6 Mbps unlimited plan for 2 years at Rs 7000 somewhat.
its rates are surely alluring but service is pathetic. The speed which we receive is not even of 1 Mbps.it was foolishness to take their service . Worst part is yet to come, if you complain about it at the call center they will never pick the call and even if they do they would increase the speed for some time and it will be back to less than 1 Mbps. Sometimes the connection doesn’t even work .I recommend not to use it . don’t fall into their low fare traps.
