I’ve taken 1 year trident plus plan in the heart of Bangalore city. They are good for nothing. I got connection after 12days of waiting and registering complaints regarding the same. From day 1 onwards I’m facing frequent disconnections and poor speed.
Till date they have given the promised services in less than 10days a month. The Customer services they provide is as pathetic as their service. Their regional office personals will drop your call without completely listening to you. The support staff will raise their middle finger on your face. I just wanted to disconnect it and move on to some other ISP.but they are not ready to refund the money. Totally caught and is helpless now. Good for nothing service.
