Fooled by their attractive 12Mbps Hurricane plan, I bought their service in Dec’12 and OH MY, this is what happens after just a couple of months.

Getting the picture my friends? I’m paying 1212/-Rs, not a couple of hundred bucks. And after being given a perfect reliable service for the first month, they simply decided to give up. I was just surprised reading everyone’s opinions here, couldn’t agree anymore. And their tech support does nothing about it, you see no matter how many times one complains they don’t do anything about the speed.
All I want to say is that your connection is slower than everything else, even your several maintenance/upgrades have done nothing about it.They have become absolutely ridiculous, you have a good call center when it comes to solving hardware problems but the connection.
What we really pay for is still nothing more than cattle excrement.
