I am situated in Vadodara right now.The connection they provide is very poor.Half of the time there will be a connection issue and the answer we get from customer care is always "Its down for a planned maintenance". If it is planned then how come we don’t recieve a heads up regarding it.
More important, Connection always goes down intermittently on daily basis.
