I hate and regret the day when I opted to go for YouTele’s broadband service in Ahmedabad.
Their service standard is the poorest of all across any utility industry as I also work in another utility sector company.
My connection is not working since last 5 days and I have 4 complaints none of which are attended to and also wrote 3 mails which are still not replied to.
I believe such companies should die if customers will not buy their connection and my review is to let other potential buyers of youbroadband know that they will be making a big mistake in buying their internet connection from youtele.
I believe as customer we must all opt for pay as you go model because in that case we only lose some small part of our money.
All of the you broadband schemes are prepaid scheme i.e. customer pay the money first and then use it for the contractual period.
I had bad experience during termination of my reliance broadband but in that case it was monthly billing so only last month advance is lost but here if you opt for 1 year or 9 months plan they you are stuck.
My humble advise to anyone who is thinking to go for youbroadband is;
Dont even think about buying internet connectivity from youbroadband.
Look at all that are suffering after this, my intention is to benefit other fellow citizens from this fraud and cheat company.
I and others those who have posted here have shared their bad experience to benefit others, so please take concious call and do not opt for this company.
