Whenever I raise technical issues, none attended it and always goes beyond 5 days. Even I call the customer care.
They always say’it is reported to back end team and they will contact within 4-8 hrs’ but no one will contact me. Horrible technical support group. Because of them, you broadband will lose customers for sure.
