The service provider and maintenance engineers are highly un professional and do not care fir cutomers. Hardly the internet works for a few hours and once the power goes the internrt dont work though i have power in my house. I switched from ACT to this company. The company has to employ professionals and not lazy guys. Finally it is an horrible experience with this service.
