Bad :( Its not you broadband, Its their broadband

I have requested for this connection 1 week earlier(21-Mar-2018) in Vizag. Later one of their employee called me and told me that if I do the payment online, i’ll get free router [It was mentioned in their web page also]. I did online payment and got LAN connection very next day but they didn’t given me router. The guy who given LAN connection to my room said "we will give router within 2 days".


I waited for 2 days and called the guy who initially offered free router to me, he said he will try to arrange it next day, I called him for next 2 day and he told me the same story.


I fed up with him and raised a complaint in their page [service number is 2018032820912]. Within a minute I got a call from one of their employee.


He asked me whats the issue and I have explained everything. Later he said he will arrange the router for next day.


After the above conversation I received a message that my request has been processed and issue is closed. But no router till date.


I have raised one more request, not sure what will happen.


BTY. I have no idea about internet speed as couldn’t use it without router.
