I’m from Surat and the service provided by YOU BROADBAND is very poor here. The charges are costly compared to other Broadband services and they have poor customer relation management team. When my service was down, they got the decency of picking my complain call after 3 days. Then they took another 3 to restore the service. They never replied my mails.
When I directly mailed to Nodal officer, they they replied. I was glad to change my broadband service on the next possible opportunity.
