I heard about this 15mbps plan of You Braoadband when I was in Hyderabad.
I had applied for You BroadBand couple of months ago. I was well informed about the plan and traiff and a sales person visited to get the cash for the new connection.
All the above happened in a day.
All done. But when I surfed the Internet, I felt like I was using a 1 mbps connection. I was totally cheated. I called their Customer Support and filed a complaint.
After 1 more week No response.
Tried to reach the people. no response through phone.
Wrote a complaint mail to which I only got an automated reply
Then the fight started. Continues phone to them and tried to catch up some one who was not aware of their customer.
Still no help!
So guys stay away!
