The speed is good. But it frequently gets disconnected. It does not work most of the time and especially on holidays. That is much dissatisfaction as you can not work office work or have entertainment.
The customer support is a surplus team which I think does not have a relation with back office or other departments. Their job is limited only to write the complain and read out the status.
No follow up action being taken by them and the complain is hardly considered by the concerned department. They dont keep the commitment. Hearing 4-8 working hours is very nice. but It never happens.
