I have been a You broadband customer for last 3 years. Unfortunately, in our area there are no better options and my house MTNL wiring is so bad that I cant change from You to even MTNL.
You broadband take the payment advance for every thing and then they f* you royally! Their call center will keep you in queue for Hour and if you are lucky to reach to someone attending the call the action required is taken in a year perhaps.
I have had multiple issues with You broadband hardly any of them is solved so far.
