Think 10 times before applying for broadband. I am a user of that company and I have so many things to say but I would like to givr few points.
1, They will promise 512 kbps, but you will get download speed of 12 to 18 kbps.
2, When you call customer care, they promise to resolve it on 24hr, but next day they will say that the policy for resolution is 7 days, you have to pay for those 7 days even when there is no service.
3, Most of your complains will not be resolved but you will get an sms stating that your complaint is being attended to, it is a joke.
- There is no one in customer care who has an answer for your query, customer care people will only behave like robots, they are more careless than the govt.
I request is dont go for " you broadband"
