Worst ever internet service provider.

I event don’t wanna give a 1 rating to this pathetic ISP (Internet service provider). I had taken a you broad band plan around 2 months back. Its 3 months 12MBPS 36GB plan. but the plan activated on my account was of lower capacity and speed. I had launched the complaint right on the second day of my activation. its more than 2 months now(out of 3 months plan),  I am still struggling to get the correct plan activated on my account.


below is the last mail of mine that is sent to the appellate officer.


Hi Ahmed,


I am writing this mail again as I haven’t got my opted plan activated on my account yet. This is seriously pathetic service from YOU broadband and a complete ignorance of consumer’s complaint. Even though with a hell lot of reminders, calls, emails and personal visit to the YOU office, I am still not getting my issue resolved.


As requested by Umran Shaikh (Sales manager) to forward a copy of the customer form(sent mail attached with this mail), I had forwarded the mail more than a week back but still not able to have any solution. Almost a month ago Umran asked me to give a copy, which he can easily got from his office, but he never tried to get one.


It is so really bad from YOU side that I have not decided not to extend my relationship with it. This is a very sad and worst ever kind of experience I am having with YOU, and I am feeling sorry on my decision to go for this internet service. Regards,

My previous mail to appellate officer on 13 April.


Hello Mr. Ahmed,


This is Piyush Vyas, an existing customer of You broadband. I decided to get a You Connection around a month back from now. This mail is regarding my complaint against the wrong activation of plan. Please refer complaint number in the subject line.


In this reference, First I called the sales manager in my area Mr. Umran and requested to correct the plan details in my account to which he told to drop a mail for details (mail sent to Umran, on 20th march,  is attached with this mail), and promised that it will be updated in next 24 hrs.  On 23rd of march, I call to customer care and launched a complaint. I was informed that, it will be rectified within 24 hours. I call CC multiple times thereafter, but of no use.


On 30th of march, I mailed (copy of mail is also attached with this mail) you nodal officer Mr. Imran Khan, but haven’t received any reply from his side. I tried calling him multiple times, but no response from his number.


Now I am finally dropping a mail to you.


I hope, I will get a proper response and complaint resolution this time, else I have to close this connection once it is expired.
