I am just frustrated with the service providedby You broadband. I have alread paid Installation charges a week ago and the connection is not started yet. Every time the tecchnician calls up and noone turns up and when I call them they don’t even bother to pick up the call or reply.
This is just my first impression about You Broadband. I will like to esclate this to the higher Management.
Request you all not to Buy YOU Boradband connection as they have very poor customer service in Pune.
