Do Not Purchase

Do not purchase You broadband connection. It has lot of problems of cut-off(s). Signal in the evening and night is really worse and customer support is worst. The customer support executive will not pick up your phone for 10-12 minutes hence increasing your phone bill. Moreover, it will not solve your problem as well.


Even it does, same things happen again and again.In my experience, Once it took more than 1 hour to download a small sized webpage. my connection was down for 7 days, after installation and I could not get the reimbursement after the promises. You will never experience an uninterrupted and good connectivity even for a day.
