You Broadband-Poor customer service

I have been using You Broadband for the last 1 year.It has been a frustrating experience connecting with You Broadband as the connection reliability is very weak.The broadband connection can get off anytime and every time there is a problem, there is no time limit literally for the complaint to get resolved.The interesting part is that the customer service will promise that the complain will get resolved in 24 working hours and if it is Friday then the complain may take 3 days to get resolved as Saturday and Sunday is off for the broadband employees.There were times when there was no internet for a complete 24 hrs however the customer service department do not bother at all.When the managers were contacted through phone there was no response, Then I had to write a mail to the higher management about the ongoing problems and there was no satisfactory solution provided.Finally I had to change to triple play and I am completely happy with their services as they are just a call away.
