Hiii.guys.am writting the review on the You Broadband.actually present am in hyderabad.
You Broadband is provides 360GB fup for 3 months at 1000/-.thats why I asked to sales excutive for new connection.so I paid 1000/- for new plans in YouBroadband on september 21st.actually they are said to me.sir please give 5days to us.Due to raining seasons.So I excuses.please give the connection as soon as possible.
and After 5days I used to call to the sales executive and technician and youbroadband office.But they are not answered my call and even they dont know how to talk and treat the customers.
my CRF no.844523.kukatpally devi nagar.hyderabad.
and after 10days I get a call from one of the technician and they are connected only fiber.and they went gone.then next day 2guys are came and put the box and power cable in my home.but these guys are also not connected the internet properly.This is the worst broadband I never ever had in my life and even I call the customer care and they charge 5rupees every time 5rupees all worst services.and yesterday 2guys are came and said your mobile number was wrongly entered in our office.please say once again and update ur number.so am scolding them and given my alternative number to the office.
today is 18th October.till now they are connect the internet properly.
and after 2days it becomes 1month for the new broadband connection.
guys please dont believe these type of cheap broadband and they are playing oneside gaming.
