I have had worst experience with you broadband. I had subscribed for one of the dual speed plans. They usually log your session usage much more than your actual data usage. This ensures you run out of fast speed data very quickly. I had complained about the same at least 9 to 10 times. All they have to say is our "back end/IT" team will get back to you which never proved its existence to me. Also each time I complained, they marked my complaint as resolved not to mention, without actual resolution and without informing me.
