The You broadband is the Worst broadband provider. They dont even care the new customers. At the time of taking connection, I was informed that the connection will be activated within 5 days. Now 20 days gone and the sales representative is not even picking the phone. They are real cheaters.
The sales people are very rude and dont have any manners.
Their connection plans seems to be good but the people who have direct contact with customers like sales representative seems to be selected without any interview. At least they should be given training to behave customers properly.
