Customer's Money Is More Important Than Giving Net

I am using Youbroadband since a long time. I think the company is just not satisfying customers’ needs as expected.


We are not getting net connection throughout the day, it comes for few hours, and still have to pay for it, as if money comes for free.


If the company cannot satisfy the customers, its my formal request to close the company and sit at home.
