My internet speed is slow from past 2 months and these guys and not resolving it. I had to recharge last month as well because am stuck and have no Airtel connection in this area. Its a disgusting internet service with an inefficient bunch of fools running the company.

What an inefficient bunch of fools you all are. I have been raising the concern that the youbroadband lan wire is cut open at my house and could cause electrification problem but you guys are not coming to fix it. Instead you fools are closing the tickets again and again stating that they have been resolved without even fixing it.
Some fool keeps calling up everyday and says that he will inform the technical team and closes the ticket. What the hell? Which good company does this?
When I respond to the sms that am not satisfied with the resolution(No resolution), you guys assign me a new ticket. Is this a trick by yur employees to delay the problem solving by keep on assigning the new tickets without resolving the previous tickets?
