I applied for new connection on 14 jul 2015, I paid the money on same day. I dint get connection for more than 15 days.
Later I came to know that sales rep billed it on 21 jul 2015. I tried to cancel my connection, they not even responded properly to it. they didnt took any action against the sale man.
When ever I call the sale rep he never answer, he SMS he is in personal work.every time when I call customer care they say concern person will call me with in 4 to 8 hrs, but nobody called
