I have taken broadband connection in march 2014, Plan is: "SP YOU MAX SILVER 360 GB 12 Months" for 1 year and since that time I had worst service experience with you broadband. After 1 month they reduced prices to half of which I have paid and gave 4 times better speed i.e. 4mbps. I talked with customer care for up-gradation / alteration but they said there is no facility for the same and you will get nominal refund if I disconnect low speed connection.
Come to connection issues, on on average every 4-5 days receiving one sms as "in your area our services are down for something like fiber cut etc. and be available after 4-6 hours". their customer care is also not responsive in time. Overall I lost almost 8 days of connection time in these 5 months period. I think it may be 20-25 days lost for all 1 year duration of my connection. I do not renew this service after completion the current period.
